PDB Commercial is a division of the Paquin Design Build Corporate family. Our founding company has always focused on high-end custom homes but over the years diversified by launching several specialty divisions, one of which is PDB commercial. Our focus is on designing and building architecturally appealing commercial structures, designed and tailored for value and functionality, while respecting budgets and the integrity of the environment and local demographic.

Years of experience and a vast knowledge of the commercial construction industry is what we draw from in cost estimating, building construction, and project design. Our team of construction professionals is committed to the development of viable spaces. Our focus is on mixed-use retail, multi-use residential, pavilions, entertainment venues, and agricultural structures.

Corporate offices are in Grasonville, MD, a mid-point for business on both the east and west sides of the Bay Bridge.
The rendering above is the future corporate office of the Paquin Companies located conveniently in Grasonville, MD. The building is currently under construction and scheduled for delivery in the Summer of 2024. It will be home to Paquin Design Build, Beacon Pointe Homes, Paquin Interiors, PQ Development, and PDB Commercial. The structure will include office and conference rooms, a kitchen and bath designer showroom, and warehouse space. Follow our progress here.
